We believe that everyone deserves the chance to experience adventure, build meaningful memories, and travel with the peace of mind that thoughtful, person-centered support brings.
Phil Niles
Phil Niles is the founder of Adventure Without Limits, with over a decade of experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. As a certified career Planner, Employment Specialist, DSP (Direct Support Professional) and Autism Travel professional-and a parent to a child with disabilities-Phil brings both lived experience and professional expertise to inclusive travel.
Phil is also an avid traveler who has explored destinations from England to Italy, across the Caribbean, and all-over New England. His favorite way to vacation is cruising-and he's passionate about making those same joyful travel experiences accessible to everyone.
His mission is to ensure that every traveler feels empowered to explore the world safely, with dignity, and without barriers.
