Creating Inclusive Travel Experiences Rooted in Passion and Purpose
Adventure Without Limits was born from a conversation that kept repeating itself. I kept hearing the same thing—from clients, guardians, and case managers: "They want to travel. They want to go on vacation. They want choices."
But often, those trips didn’t happen. Maybe family wasn’t interested in the same destination, maybe caregivers didn’t have time, or maybe there wasn’t a safe, inclusive option that gave people with disabilities the freedom to explore independently—with just the right amount of support.
I started Adventure Without Limits to change that.
Our trips give adults with disabilities the chance to travel confidently, meet new people, build relationships, and explore new places—with supportive staff by their side. It’s not about hand-holding—it's about providing the right support at the right time so every traveler can have a meaningful experience that’s truly their own.
Decade of Experience, A Lifetime of Passion
I’ve worked in the disability services field for over 10 years as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), Certified Employment Specialist, Career Planner, and Manager of a Community Supports program. I’m also a Certified Special Olympics Coach and a Certified Autism Travel Professional—which means I’ve completed specific training to support autistic travelers and those with sensory, communication, or processing differences.
Travel isn’t just my profession—it’s my passion. I’ve traveled around the world, including to Italy and England, and my favorite way to vacation is by cruise ship. There’s something powerful about seeing the world from a new perspective—and I want to make sure adults with disabilities have that same chance.
Lived Experience Matters
As someone who is both neurodivergent and the parent of an autistic and ADHD daughter, I understand that every person’s needs are unique. Being neurodivergent shapes how I see the world, and I’ve learned firsthand that support isn’t one-size-fits-all. What works for one person may not work for another.
This perspective helps guide how I design each trip—with flexibility, patience, and a deep respect for every traveler’s autonomy and preferences.
Why This Work Matters
I believe travel has the power to change lives. It opens doors to independence, builds confidence, and gives people a chance to try new things, make mistakes, and grow.
We all learn by trying—and sometimes failing. Travel provides those chances for discovery: new interests, new friendships, and new possibilities.
That’s what Adventure Without Limits is about—creating unforgettable experiences where every traveler feels seen, supported, and free to explore the world on their terms.
